Tall ceiling; nice bathroom; hot shower; smart toilet; high quality stuff including bath robe and slippers. Staff gave us complimentary drink for the New Year’s Eve - nice touch! Thank you!

Overall, the stay was excellent and good. The staffs are friendly and helpful.

It will be good to have more variety of foods for breakfast as I'm eating almost the same foods for the stay. Location is still ok. Walking distance to MTR station.

Facilities look like need to have some maintenance.

The location is not bad, the room is quite big and nice. And it come with some nice tea and even coffee machine.

some of the control buttons in the room don't work very well. the faucet in the bathroom is too modern that sometimes gets very confusing how to really turn it off

Expected better facilities

The staff were polite, very quick with housekeeping and very prompt when we asked for something to be delivered to our room. Location was good, close to convenience stores and public transport (bus & mrt).

The gym was so tiny (about the size of our sweet studio bathroom) there was barely any room to move around - it's basically a hazard to work out in there. We were looking forward to the jacuzzi in the room, but were told it wasn't working when we checked it- that was disappointing.

Nice room to rest while exploring Taipei.

Very comfortable room with nice bed. Bath tub and bath room is amazing.

Location is fantastic. Front desk staff and cleaning staff were all friendly and helpful. Love the spacious rooms and hot tub. The complimentary Taiwanese oolong tea leaves and illy coffee pods were a great touch.

could do with more elevators. gets really crowded during the 11am check out timing. but that’s me being persnickety.

I have booked 2 rooms. overall this hotel was good for our short stay, but the room amenities were not working well for

- premier king room space - microwave oven in the room

- the lights were too dim - the aircon panel was not working, lucky the weather was cold.

it was good!

neighbourhood was quiet, and beds were comfortable. toilets were spacious and decently equipped

location is a 10 min walk from the 2 nearest mrt train stations. not encouraged if you are travelling with elderly or young children.
